Ekobox offers PP-woven Dunnage bags. The plastic dunnage bags consists two parts of the plastic core and the plastic cover/shelf. Paper dunnage bags made of kraftliner
Ekobox also offers paper Dunnage bags, which consist two materials, namely krafliner and PE. The bag is made of kraftliner, usually 1 ply, 2 ply or 4 layers of kraftliner paper are offered. The core is made of PE plastic. Dunnage bags/Air bags with paper wrapper work in a similar way as plastic bags. Their disadvantage is seperation recycling, where it is necessary to cut the kraft cover/shelffrom the plastic core. Another disadvantage could be the absorbency of the paper.

Thanks to the wide valve and filling head, we are able to fill the bags with air within 1 minute. E.g. We are able to fill the plastic air fixation bag of size 90x210 cm within 35 seconds. Milwaukee blower with a filling capacity of 2.9 m3 / min was used for filling.
Loading capacity of Dunnage bags
The carrying capacity of dunnage bags depends on the level of bag capacity, plastic dunnage bags are generally ranked according to the load capacity level of Levevu Light (LL), Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4.
