Paper pallets
Ekobox offers special types of paper pallets made of pulp moulding. High strength, low weight and very good stackability of our folded paper pallets guarantee that this is the best solution for transport. Pulp Moulding pallets are a great solution for bulky and light weight products. Pallets are 100% recyclable and recycling is similar to waste paper.

Description of paper pallets
Pulp moulding pallets - basic information
Our paper pallets made of pulp are of high strength and very light. Pallets are hydrophobically treated which makes them water resistant. Pulp moulding pallets are heat-treated against insects - they are ISPM 15 compliance. Products on paper pallets can be strapped and stetched by stretch film.
Advantages of paper pallets made of pulp
Reduce weight
Paper pallets are lighter than wooden pallets. The weight of paper pallets is around 3 kg.
Cost of pallet
Paper pallets are generally cheaper than wooden pallets.
Easy to recycle
Paper pallets can be easily added to the container for paper waste. You don´t have to seperate timber or screws.
Foldable
Paper pallets are foldable. It saves on space and costs during the storage and transport pallets without the goods.
100% recyclable material
Pulp moulding pallets are 100% recyclable. They can be repeatedly recycled when their life cycle is over.
No additonal treatment
Wooden pallets must be treated if they are exported. Paper pallets don´t need any procedure like fumigation. Paper pallets are in ISPM 15 compliance.
Handling, Use and Limits

Where the paper pallets can be used?
Paper pallets can be used in almost every type of industry. They are used especially by online stores and for bulky light products. Their biggest advantage is their light weight - you can save on transport cost in trucks and especially in planes.
