Ekobox offer high quality plastic pallets made from mixed recycled plastic waste material (polyethylene, polypropylene and others). Pallets can be repeatedly recycled when their lifecycle is over. Ekobox offer plastic pallets in different dimensions and carrying capacities according to the customer needs. We can customize pallets and they can be tailor made - plastic pallets can be labelled with a company logo, barcode or RFID.

Description of our plastic pallets
Standard plastic pallets
Standard plastic pallets are made from recycled mixed plastic. Their dynamic carrying capacity can be up to 1.200kg and static carrying capacity can be more than 10.000kg. Standard pallets shape and structure allowed storage in racks. The carrying capacity in racks is 1.000kg. Standard plastic pallets can not be stacked onto each others due to missing holes in their legs.
Foldable plastic pallets
Easy stackable pallets which are made from recycled plastic material. The dynamic carrying capacity is up to 1.000kg and has a static carrying capacity more than 10.000kg. They can not be stored in racks due to their shape and construction. They are easily stackable and it positively affects transport efficieny, cost of reverse logistics and plastic pallets price.
Special plastic pallets - tailored made plastic pallets
This type of pallets is made from recycled waste plastic. They can by repeatedly recycled after their life cycle. Tailor made pallets can be: plastic pallets for: drum transport, plastic boxes etc.

Production of plastic pallets
Plastic pallets production is a very effective technology. The primary raw material are granules made by recycling sorted waste from plastic products. The granules are heated and pushed into steel moulds. After cooling the plastic pallets are ready for use. Used or demaged plastic pallets can be recycled and reproduced.
