Ekobox offer slip sheets for palletless handling. A Slip Sheet is a pallet sized thick plastic or paper sheet, which replaces a wooden pallet. Slip Sheets are handled by a Push-Pull attachment. Ekobox offer plastic and paper slip sheets. Our Slip Sheets can carry very light loads as well as heavy loads up to 1,500 kg.

Description of our Slip Sheets
Plastic slip sheets made of 100% recyclable HDPE
A standard plastic slip sheets is a thick plastic sheet the size of a regular pallet with two tabs (reffered to as pull tabs) The plastic slip sheet is made of recycled high density polyethylene (HDPE). The plastic slip sheets are designed to replace wooden or plastic pallets in transportation or other warehouse applications. Generally, plastic slip sheets are twice as strong as fiber paper slip sheets. Ekobox can offer single-use or multi-use recyclable slip sheets.
Paper slip sheet made of krafliner
Standard paper sheets are made of kraftliner. Krafliner slip sheets are thick pallet-sized sheets which replaces wooden pallets. Paper slip sheets are usually the cheapest solution. The quality of the kraftliner is cruel for moist resistance and cracking problem. The krafliner slip sheets are usually for single-use. Ekobox offer high quality virgin kraftliner slip sheets.

Push-Pull attachment handles Slip Sheets
A Push-Pull attachment can be easily installed on a liftrack. A Push-Pull attachment has a hydraulic forklift with a gripper, which grips and pulls slip sheets with goods on its forks. After the pulling process a pallet unit can be easily transfer to a container and exported.
Where the slip sheets can be used?
Slip Sheets are generally used for export to save on the weight and cost of treated wooden pallets. Slip Sheets can be also used for internal transport from production to warehouse.
